Feasibility Studies

A feasibility study is a crucial element of any project, whether it is in relation to a totally new design or a refurbishment of an existing property, and as experienced surveyors we are ideally suited to advice and guide you in relation to the feasibility of your ideas and intentions.

A feasibility study undertaken by Sierra Designs & Surveys Ltd will generally include the following considerations, however this list is not exhaustive given the fact that every project is unique and therefore may by necessity require other elements to be considered or verified:

  • Establishing the clients requirements with regard to project usage and budget elements
  • Clarification of budget limitations and restraints
  • Making enquiries regarding any limitations or implications for example, in terms of land dimensions, planning restrictions, special requirements or obstacles in relation to highways legislation, land classification or access issues
